TESCOS 2 sets of silver charms 4 £10 with double up vouchers

Tescos have on offer 2 for £20 on selected bead sets. I purchased the Silver/Gold Plated Teapot & Cupcake Bead Set & Silver/Gold Plated Hand Bag & Silver Shoe Charm Bead Set. I went in store to collect my double up vouchers to order online, so it has only actually cost me £10 in clubcard vouchers for 4 sterling silver bead charms as I'm having it sent to the store to collect.

I used the clothing category & I mentioned to the tescos SA that I was gonna use them for jewellery! When I tried to use them online the codes weren't accepted so Clubcard advised me that it was because it was the first day of the campaign & to go to store and they would issue a gift card instead, which they did just saying that they seemed to be a problem with all online codes at the moment.

I thought that jewellery came under clothing so didn't forsee a problem! Sorry to have caused any confusion to you guys:o

I think you were very lucky then and that the staff are not sure themselves what is included.As I understand it only certain items are included even in the different categories. Why would Jewellery come under clothing anyway?
It is not listed as being included anywhere I can see.Perhaps if No1Catman is about they could confirm this.

they sell jewellery there! So to my way of thinking it comes under the clothing category!

Thanks I've learned something new today,

I am finding this scheme a bit confusing so I have emailed clubcard for clarification on this( and also on the gardening category) as I'd like to use them for jewellery as well, just don't want to change them up and be stuck with them if they then say its not included.

Think Tescos need to make it alot clearer what is/is not included! Hope you manage to use them towards some jewellery.

I have had a call from a nice guy at Tesco.

He told me that the jewellery on the clothing section is included in the double up but not the jewellery on Tesco Direct.Is the offer you posted on the clothing website as well as direct?

He agreed that it is confusing and they have quite a lot of customers contacting them, he is going to advise Tesco to amend their website to show exactly what you can double up on and what you can't.
