Bank Payment to BELFASTCITY.GOV.UK

I have just looked at my bank account online and see a payment to WWW.BELFASTCITY.GOV.UK for £41.50 charged on the 31 July, im totally lost for what it could be. Im going to call the bank shortly but was wondering if anyone knew what it could be?

could be a myriad of things - gym membership, something you bought in a shop in town, did you pay for any of their services like getting bin men out?

Worked it out!! It was tickets for the Waterfront for Jason Manford that the wife booked on-line over the weekend. Had me puzzled for a while there, wish they would just put the place instead of a generic description.

A week ago i was checking my bank account and noticed a debit for £5.59 for Marks and Spencers- I was like the Spanish Inquisistion...I was adamant I hadnt been to the Marksys in the town or Forestside.....and was sure hubby must have bought something in town...after finding the number of the bank to tell them someone must have stolen my bank details...hubby remembered we had been in the wee Marksys on the Upper Newtownards the previous Saturday...damn me and my memory:D
