If you are not currently working I think you would seriously struggle to get any credit card never mind a balance transfer card. The only people who would tend to offer would the ones with the horrendous interest rates. Try posting an soa up and if people have more information they might be able to offer advice on other options.0

Hi
I suspect you will struggle to get a new credit card. Are you actually keeping up with repayments so far?
I would suggest it might be an idea for you to complete a statement of affairs to show how close or far you are from being able to afford your current repayments. If you post it on here you should get some suggestions as to where you can save money or what other options might be suitable.
A consolidation loan would probably not be a good idea so steer clear of that until you have had some more advice.
This is the statement of affairs form http://www.makesenseofcards.com/soacalc.html
and if you cannot meet your repayments then rather than approach a debt consolidation company or commercial firm the next place to get advice would be from one of the debt charities -
