Hiya
Last year I was with CCCS but decided to go alone, so set up standing orders with a number of companies
Mint
Moorcroft
Tesco
Robinso Way
CL Finance
Cabot
Capital One
So far I have settled off Moorcroft, Capital One and Cabot.
In the process of settling Mint so will leave me with 3 left, plan to do Tesco and Robinso Way Next month
But CL Finance which is the biggest one at £12000 are hardly budging only paying them £40.00 a month but they said full and final will be £11000 whats the best way to go about this keep offering change my wording in the letter, or has anyone else had any joy with these
Cheers

Hi Morgan78,
Some companies refuse to accept full and final payments initially, but usually do in the end. Why don't you try to increase your original offer to see if they counter offer. If not, though, don't worry as you can concentrate on trying to get rid of the other debts and make them a full and final offer at a later date.If you've nothing decent to say, perhaps you shouldn't say anything.
