(SOA ON POST NO. 4)
i have my appointment for BR on friday but i am unsure about my SOA. the situation is that i am currently having my home repossessed and when i have to leave it i will be moving in with my partner (i am assuming within a month or so)
Should i put the outgoings as if i was paying the mortgage etc on my home or should i put the outgoings from when i will be sharing my partners home(even though i am not there yet)
thanks

It should be as you are at this present moment in time, paying the mortgage etc. When you move in with your OH then you should submit a new SoA to the OR, some one will help you with that.
Of you want any one to check your present one over then pop it up in a thread.

Also all household bills have spiralled out of control in the last year. got court hearing about repossession 16th august but will be moving in with my partner when i lose the house

Is your car insurance fully comp? If not get it. Do you have breakdown cover? If not then get some. Do you wear suits to work? Dry cleaning £10. Do you pay union fees?BSCno.87The only stupid question is an unasked oneLoving life as a Kernow Hippy0 -
buildings and contents insurance is in with the mortgage. car insurance is already fully comp. will add in dry cleaning, breakdown cover is paid up already but i'll add it in for next time.
