I recently changed from Scottish Power to NPower via https://www.switchnsave.com in March this year in an attempt to reduce my direct debit charges which had increased by over £20.00 a month for a dual account.
It has actually become a right nusiance because the electricity account has been messed up and it has not been a smooth process at all. My previous supplier (SP) claim they have not settled up with me and my new electricity supplier (NP) thought I was on pre-payment meter and billed for £90.00 last week. In a bit of a mess with it now really.
