Talking of organising

Am trying desperately to get organised atm, and one of my main problem has been getting dh to help. He says he will, does a couple of days of updating his part of the spend diary/spreadsheets, and then never touches it again.

Soooo, we had a chat last night and decided that having a spreadsheet online was the best idea. That way we can both access it when we want, where we want :j

Had a look and there are a couple available. I've plumped for the time being for Google Spreadsheets because there seems to be a better security on it than the prettier and funkier Zoho sheets (also free). You can import your existing spreadsheets too which is great.

I'm hoping this is going to revoloutionalise our organisational abilities, so thought I'd mention it in case it helps anyone else. Apologies if you've all been using it for years! :o

Best of luck Brassic, if your other half is anything like mine, this will be just as much a five minute wonder as keeping a spending diary or spreadsheet.

You might be better off taking his cards off him, giving him a set amount of cash each day, then quizzing him about what he bought when he gets in and count how much he has left, then putting it in the spreadsheet yourself LOL!
