You're a winner! But no you're not....

I entered the Citroen Streetseekers comp on facebook and was told that I was one of the successful 10 and had won an Ipod Touch. Today I recieved this message from them:

We understand that whilst participating in our latest DS3 Streetseekers competition, due to a technical issue you may have incorrectly been served a ‘You may have won’ image. As you were not one of the first 10 people to find the hidden DS3 White, under the terms and conditions of the competition unfortunately on this occasion you have not qualified for a prize. We apologise for this technical issue but wish to thank you for your participation in our competition. We hope that this will not deter you from taking part in our two further Streetseeker competitions being held over the coming weeks. :mad:

I'm really disappointed and this has happened to quite a few people on that comp and was wondering if I would be able to take this any further?
