Cheapest place to buy a tv?

Hi, after 20 years of long, hard service my poor old nokia tv and video player are becoming more and more unattractive to my eyes. I want to buy another but am a bit overwhelmed by the choice these days - it used to be, that one looks nice, I'll have it. Anyway, I don't want a huge great thing - something around 21" would be ample. It seems that a LCD is the one to go for and I need it to be HD ready I'm told. I would also like it to have a built in dvd player and a vcr and also freeview - dont want much do I? Oh and a funky flat screen would be nice.

Now, all you savvy spenders may be able to help point me in the right direction. I'd like to have a look at it before I buy, so I need to find something at a high street shop and then I would buy online if cheaper. Oh and talking of price, of course I want it as cheap as possible.

Am I asking too much??

I don't know a cheap place to buy I would try the "I wanna" section of this site.

I wouldn't get a built in DVD though. If it goes wrong or the TV does you will be stuck. Also DVD technology moves faster than TV does.
