Cheaper newspaper reading?

I like to read newspapers. But I can't afford to by good quality newspapers everyday as they are too expensive.
What happens to unsold newspapers? Do newsagents recycle them or sell them at lower cost to customers on following day?

Happiness is buying an item and then not checking its price after a month to discover it was reduced further.

If you live near a university and can walk on to the campus all the newspapers are subsidised. I just graduated from Loughborough and all the newspapers were around 30p and there was nothing to stop anyone from the general public from walking on and buying them.0

Many still do, for the time being. I much prefer reading a 'real paper' as opposed to on-line.
God knows I spend enopugh hours staring at a screen."An arrogant and self-righteous Guardian reading tvv@t".
!!!!!! is all that about?0 -
