Can anyone recommend good places to see free comedy at this year's fringe?
I went for the first time last year I saw several free shows at the nightclub at the top of the Royal Mile (Forget the name, but it has about five floors) which were quite good. Down the bottom of the mile there were a couple of pubs called the Royal Mile Tavern, and the White House. I saw two different shows with lots of different acts and it was always great.
Does anyone know who runs the free shows, and wether there is a programme online? G
