And the 'big shave' too - not just to the knees

What and you think men don't attend to that area aswell?
  • I once went for a shave with my mach 3 and found it was blunt. I later discovered my mum had used it to "shave" the fluff off her trousers??!?!?!?!?!?!

And what about the old 'back, sack and crack' shaving?
"I have enough money to last me the rest of my life, unless I buy something."
  • I got a free Gillette Fusion razor the other day and it was pucker, so I went out and bought one. £6 with to blades. Not too bad as I won't need to buy the handle again.
Why can't you use an electric or battery razor which would last for years and avoid the need to buy blades etc. replacing the foil head is probaly cheaper than buying blades all the time.
£15 for 8 sodding blades. I only get about 3 or 4 shaves out of a blade as it is! I tell you what, these women have got it easy and cheap!
agreed price of blades are rip off. why didn't you notice when they rang up on till? where did you buy them? if tescos take them back and ask for refund and use money to buy electric/battery shaver etc
But in all honesty it's easier for women. Legs generally only have one contour. Therefore you can probably use razors for longer. Shaving your face is a b!tch and I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy!
never seen any data to compare shaving for men and women- is it fair to say most men only shave on face whilst most women shave in more places (facial hair, legs, underarms etc etc)? women may use more razors because they do more shaving. (there are also ways of removing hair but this posting seemed only concerned with shaving- hence not commented on these)
  • How about another DFW club - the HDFWs (Hairy Debt-Free Wannabes). Come on lets save some money and stop buying razors. :money:
  • Lads, fellas, chaps, is anyone else [STRIKE]flabber[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]flabergast[/STRIKE] totally shocked by how much it costs to keep our faces hairless?

Picked up 8 blades but the price wasn't displayed (probably for a reason) but thought they would be around the £10 mark. Was only when I looked at my receipt I noticed the were £14.99! _pale_

For some reason I've always been a sucker for new Gillette razor's, I was in Sainsbury's the other day, saw the Fusion with 50p off so thought yup, I'll have that until I saw it was - no joke - £19.99 for 8 blades!!!!!!!!!! Obscene!!!!! How much do us fella's spend in a lifetime on blades?? Scary thought
    £2 Coin Savings = £0.23:confused:

Nice to see you are fighting the male cause!

I have got an electric razor but I've got quite sensitive skin and the pressure and amount of times I have to go over my face to get a decent shave irritates the hell out of my skin!

I didn't notice coz I was buying loads of crap!
