Striking Off Advice

Hi I need some advice regarding striking off a company with Debt. My company has ceased trading about a week ago and I have been advised to seek a striking off as I do not have funds for insolvency. I owe HMRC approximately £5,000 with credit card bills and overdraft of approximately £11,000. I have research info from Companies House with regard to striking off and don't think I can do this for 3 months but in the meantime what do I do with regard to the outstanding debts. I am aware it will cost even for a small limited company like ours for insolvency about £7,500. What is the best plan for me.
Thank you,
Rita
