  • Thank RAS (and Fermi Tixy) for your help in this, I cannot say how much I appreciate it. I really was in a bad bad way in 2003 (not too great now), which is why I got myself in trouble with the bank in the frist place. I've never experienced anything like this before and I am at my wits end. So I am going ot go and read Fermi's thread now. I've had a look at The Royal Court's advice page (can't post the link as I am a new user) However I can't make an appointment today. Is the 18 day deadline rigid? And would I get any leeway because the document wasn't handed to me until 11 days after it was dated?

Again sorry for the questions, I will most likely find the answers in the thread!
