Hi there,
I do not have the time, energy or jars to make tomato chutney but have a glut at the mo. Question is: can I stew them down, freeze them and then make the chutney at a later date?
thanks

We must not, in trying to think about how we can make a big difference, ignore the small daily differences we can make which, over time, add up to big differences that we often cannot foresee.

I just chopped 'em up & bunged them in the freezer & made my chutney months later - no problem & took less time to cook down!
