Oh I've been caught lying, where exactly would that be Sherlock?
Let me point out the uncomfortable truth for you, you bought a crap house, for far too much and you can't handle it.
Nuff said, good luck over the next 25 years.
wheres the link to the post of you pulling out bullpot?0 -

ive looked, it isnt there infact after the post about you completing your sale, you posted on the 5th of january, and then nothing untill april 2009 and no mention of anything about a your house falling though and you renting it out
Just a load about you having a bt line and your landlord trying to sell the house you are renting.;)
but if you want to pretend you are renting it out then fill your boots.Personally, I think we'll see a drop of 30% from November 2007 prices by December 2009 (halfway there in most areas).
If things haven't improved, there's a good chance it hit 40%+ in the following year.
Biggest house price boom ever they said, wouldn't the price drops be relative to the increases? (taking into account inflation obviously).0 -

You know 'NHO' this is a forum for discussion and debate, just because you don't agree with what someone is saying doesn't mean it's a lie.
In fact I'm sure I still have the solicitors email around somewhere, she found it rather funny and a fitting slap in the face after the messing round I had by the buyer. If I can find it tomorrow, i'll post it and maybe you can give her a call?
The real irony of the situation is, I ended up renting it to the buyers tenants, who I showed round the place only a short time before the agreed completion date - they're still in there

I have an equal amount of funds in instant access accounts, either ISAs or tax free in my wife's name paying on average 4% giving me an extra couple of hundred quid a month that I wouldn't have if I paid down the mortgage instead.
In your other thread on the benefits board, you seemed to be saying that your savings was the money you got from extending your mortgage when you moved house.I recently moved and extended my mortgage as I was planning to extend but now with redundancy a possibility I am thinking it would be better to pay off the mortgage and then remortgage to fund the extension if my employment makes spending the money look safe. However I am worried that doing so may impact my benefit entitlement and then I would also not have the possibility of living off the extension money if I had used it to pay off the mortgage. I am currently employed and have not been given notice (yet) - would the benefits people look at transactions I make now?
If you have other savings (besides the money you borrowed ) of over 6k(reductions up to 16k?) then I don't think you would qualify for the council tax benefit, free school meals and free prescriptions benefits you talked about receiving if you lose your job. Not that I'm an expert on that, but it often comes up on the benefits board.
Are you borrowing at a low rate against your house and using this money as savings, to try to pay off your mortgage quicker?
It seems from the replies to your other thread, that another risk to those who do that, is that if the job goes, the borrower has those 'savings' to live off. Using that money to pay off the mortgage, could be seen as deprivation of capital by the DWP.
An insurance policy to cover mortgage payments if the job goes would be safer, but that would cost. From reading the mortgage free wannabee thread, some take huge risks in the hope of achieving their aim quickly.
There are always jobs out there for someone as knowledgeable as you seem, it's just that short period between job gone - job found, where the mortgage needs paying.RENTING? Have you checked to see that your landlord has permission from their mortgage lender to rent the property? If not, you could be thrown out with very little notice.

Good times!
it is a forum and when you post im completing on my house and then dont post for four months and then when you do post you say you are renting a bungalow and no mention whatsoever of your sale falling through, it makes me think you are not telling the truth.
you then post about how much people owe on their mortgages and its picked up by numerous posters how could you have a mortgage when you dont have a house.
you then disapear with no explanation and now as house sales have gone up your house as materialised, oh why oh why?0 -

Really?
It comes across as "I hope your plans don't work out and look forward to reading how you fare in the years to come"
Presumptious I know, but that's how it comes across.0 -
