I have used Aveda's Brilliant which is a spray in and works well. But the best leave in I have used is a cream/gel which just makes my hair really super soft, Kerastase Nectar Thermique. It lasts a while if you use it properly, about a 50p coin sized blob is enough for long hair, massage into palms and cover hair with, a little does go a long way. so it can last a while if you use it properly.
I have used Aussie, Bodyshops old stuff (not the new line) and John Freida and didn't like any of them, I didn't find they did anything besides dry out my hair and make it feel slightly hardened if anything at all.0 -
I have fine hair with a tendency to frizz and have always found Amlika at Body Shop to be the best. There seem to be supply issues but I was told by store staff that it would be back. Paul Mitchell is my alternative. I have never found a reliable rinse out conditioner.:eek:This is me without conditioner.0

Hi, is the Body Shop one coming back now they have revamped their hair care?
I notice they have a new spray one come out with the new range but thought the Amlika had gone.
Which Paul Mitchell one do you use? I have found cream leave ins and bit heavy but maybe I am using the wrong one.0 -
This might sound weird, but I really really like Boots Sun, Swim & Gym Leave in conditioner, currently £3.49 for 200ml. You dont need much of it, but it really help untangle hair and hydrate it. It's very light so wont weigh your hair down. I started using it when I go swiming, but use it all the time now! It smell nice too

I haven't tried the new Patene Aqua light, but this might be a good option too. Have used the shampoo/conditioner and really like it. I'll get the spray and let you know how it goes. It's 1/2 price at Sainsbury's at the mo.

I love the Aussie spray-in conditioner. It doesn't make my hair greasy or weighed down like some do, it just leaves it soft and clean feeling. It smells fab too!0
