It's on until Saturday at my local store. I wanted a solid oak worktop breakfast bar for my new kitchen and got £110 off brochure price. Result! Thanks OP.There are three ways to get something done; do it yourself, hire someone or forbid your kids to do it.0

Good luck.
I bought £1000 of bedroom furniture 3 months ago. No one ever answers the suppliers Helpline, the B&Q store only answers around 1 phone call in 4. Whoever you want to talk to is not available and messages are never answered. Having made 5 trips to the store I have been told that a replacement wardrobe door would be with me last Friday (but it had been never ordered) and now today. Today a driver arrived took any the old door and so far there is no replacement. I rang the store was told the store manager's phone was off the hook and someone will ring me back???0 -

I tell you what i would ask who you are talking to(maybe say how do you spell that?) as i do mystery shopping for various companies and about 3 times i think i may have been stumbled as staff could not do enough for me. Maybe if they suspect you may get better treatment.Maybe mention out loudly that you are a mystery shopper (even though you cant do that really if you were a mystery shopper or you would get the sack!).Jefft wrote:Good luck.

I did 2 different b&q's for 1 company and they should answer the phone or they are in trouble!
If this fails ring head office as they seem to pride themselves on customer care and in general in the 2 visits i did they were pretty good so maybe you have a duff store.
I am thinking from 5 visits and not much help you may even get some free vouchers which would be nice.0
