Thanks Piggers, fingers crossed it won't be postponed. Her back brace is still a bit uncomfortable, not much we can do about it unfortunately.
Good luck with evicting Squeak. The trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.Bertrand Russell0 -

I'm in again this week, thanks to the usual people. House looking alot better.
Tomorrow is a day for running about again. Right i'm heading to bed. Nite all.Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough. And things go wrong no matter what I do.Now and then it seems that life is just too much. But you've got the love I need to see me through.:j :j0 -
Good luck to Emily GnB and hugs for you too for being brave, and to pigpen in evicting squeak. Congratulations to ajmoney on your graduation - I'm pleased you had a good time after all the hard work you put into your dissertation.
I probably won't be around much this week, as I've got another busy week. Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Sunday I'm looking after my Nana (have to ring her at 8.15am to wake her up so she can take her oramorph, drop Moon off at work, go to my M&D's to feed and let out the cat and pick up the fish pie for lunch, get to my Nana for 9, make her breakfast and then water the garden, make sure she has her other medication mid-morning, then make her lunch too, then in the evening I have to pick Moon up from work as I'm borrowing his car as mine is in the garage until Thursday, go back to M&D's and water plants and feed cat). Wednesday is my friend's baby naming ceremony, and then Thursday we are going to Southampton shopping.
Tonight I've cleaned down the kitchen worktop thoroughly, and cleaned the top of the oven, kitchen sink and the small appliances have been wiped down.
Need to change the sheets in the bedroom now as dinner has been decluttered and dishes put in the DW. Will try to persuade Moon to hoover the kitchen floor as it's a disgrace!
Hugs to all who need or want them.

This is something unbelievable - this thread makes me LOOK FORWARD TO HOUSEWORK!!!!! Never before been known, in 49 years of marriage!
DS has been over today, and I cooked him a nice meal, but because time was short (he had to get back to Bristol to meet his mate to go to a gig, and I had to go and feed DD4's cat) I haven't yet cleared up the kitchen. I'm quite a creative cook I suppose, and can knock up a meal in no time, but usually manage to trash the kitchen in the process.
This time, I'm thinking, "Oh well, I'll enjoy FLYING through the kitchen tomorrow" - and I will!
Many thanks to Pigpen and all - and am looking forward to hearing the news when it happens!Keeping two cats and myself on a small budget, and enjoying life while we're at it!0
