I work for a health & fitness company. We have dealt with Premier Direct in the past and my advice would be to stay well clear.
It is almost impossible to contact them by telephone, they do not reply to messages, their staff are incompetant (when you finally do get to speak to someone), they lose faxes, orders 'go missing' but still get invoiced, etc etc etc!0
