Hi,
Just a quick question - once a default is issued and logged on your credit file can the bank continue to add charges and late fees (I realise they will probably still charge interest but late payment fees and charges are what I'm concerned about)
Thanks

Sadly yes, the registering of a default just shows exactly that - it doesn't prevent further default fees being added.
Of course, you can ask them to freeze the amount outstanding, but they are not under any obligation to agree.0
