So ladies & gents, as the title suggests...
I don't really have one at the moment & this is my main focus for asking. What products do you use, when do you use them (and in what order) and how much does it cost you roughly?
I'm trying to get a skincare routine in place to get my skin a bit livelier for starters

Morning
Wash clinique soap £12
Tone Liz Earle £13
Moisturise (trying various, but like Lize Earle light & Clinique DDMG)
Evening
Wash Smashbox oil £13 (removed with a muslin cloth & hot water)
Tone & moisturise as above.
I use a Soap & Glory scrub & mask in one, its got pore in the title (I think) its really good & I use a primer under my make up but over my moisturiser.0 -
Hi, i used to use
Clinique Redness relief wash
then Clinique redness relief moisturizer...
exactly the same at night....
BUT since i decided to go natural.. this is what i do..
Morning:
-Wash face with cold water then use rose of water toner ( it has some esential oils in it too)
-Moisturise with my oils base : jojoba ( as i 've got combo skin plus very sensitive) +geranium+lavandar+cypres+fennel+tee trea... it smells gorgeous, and no, it does not leave with greasy skin.
-moisturise my eyes with jojoba+fennel
-put suncream or use mineral powder with spf
Night time
Take make up off ( oils castor oil+ sunflower+jojoba) it is all mixed
rose tonic water
moisturize with night cream or night oils, almost the same at the day time, but this one is a bit different.
i am loving all my oilsMejor morir de pie que vivir toda una vida de rodillas.0 -
I use Novita Triple Action Facial Wash followed by Novita AHA/BHA moisturiser.
Once a week I use Novita AHA/BHA mask.
This is because I've just had a microdermabrasion and the glycolics in the above products further enhance the treatment.
Under normal circumstances I use all SwissDermyl products:
Biogel wash off cleanser
Renewing serum
Eye contour serum
Renewing cream
Enzyme Peel once a week
O2 mask once a week
SwissDermyl facial once a month.
Novita Microderm every other month.0 -
Hi
Until a few months ago I didn't have a skin care routine (and I'm in my late 40'as)
I have rosacea and very sensitive skin but the following does seem to be repairing the damage I've inflicted previously:T
In the evening I use No7 Radiance boosting hot cloth cleanser and bio oil to moisturise
In the morning I just wipe my face with a clean damp face cloth and apply sun screen.
I've noticed a big improvement in my skin tone and texture and have found that the blackheads and ultra large pores are now almost non existant:T
If I feel I need a boost during the day I have tesco vitiamin E wipes and superdrug natural high radiance balm.
Non of the above (so far) have caused any problems with my redness or more to the point my sensitivity (even the simple range brings me out in a rash).
(I did try the time delay day cream - the one that has a hint of self tan in it but found it slid off my face and made it feel really greasy)Save money on toiletries: no new/duplicate items until I've used up all existing supplies

In the mornings before my power walk/run I wipe some Mir Skin Refresher over my face just so I don't feel skanky!
When I get back I wash my face in the shower with Mir Gentle Exfoliating Cleanser and my TreSonic, then apply Dermalogica Sheer Tint Redness Relief spf15 as my day cream.
At night I am currently using Dermalogica PreCleanse followed by Mir Cleansing Gel - again in the shower with the TreSonic.
I usually apply either Shizen Face Oil or Mir Argan Oil over the top and massage in well.
I try to do a mask and more massagey facial at least once a week because I think that it helps keeps my skin bright and even but I no longer pay for salon facials.
I'm planning to try the oil cleansing method when i have used up all my cleansing products. Not everything that can be counted counts, and not everything that counts can be counted. Einstein0 -
I use the bodyshop tea tree facial wash in the morning then bodyshop tea tree mattifying moisturiser (daytime)
In the evenings i use the same facial wash and body shop tea tree night cream.
Due to the contraceptive implant i seem to have developed teenage skinand the bodyshops range seems to control it mostly.
Occasionally use a witch hazel gel if blemishes are inflamed and use a tea tree mask twice a weekSometimes i like to imagine that im living on the breadline as a single mum with 3 children to feed and clothe, bills to pay and very little time to myself........ then i wake up and realise im a princess with prince charming by my side and a lovely white castle........ oh wait

Mine varies as some days I am at the gym.
Non gym days:
AM: Wash with water, sometimes I use cleanser if my skin feels icky.
Wipe with a facial wipe, especially around eyes as there will ALWAYS be make up residue!
Moisturise with SPF and eye cream
Apply make up and if needed any spot gel.
PM: Wash with cleanser
Tone with toner on cotton wool or facial wipes
Apply moisturiser and eye cream
Gym days:
AM: As above
Post gym: facial exfoliant
Toner or facial wipes
Moisturiser and eye gel
Spot gel and eye make up (no foundation or concealer as its normally 10pm)
PM: Facial wash,
Facial wipes
Night time moisturiser and any on spot treatments if required.
Once in a blue moon I use a facial masque but rarely remember or have the time or patience to do this.0 -

I'm testing various products out as I have quite a lot stashed away! At the moment it is;
AM
Body Shop Passion Fruit face wash in shower
simple toner (after shower!)
simple light moisturiser
body shop aloe sensitive eye cream
spot gel if needed then make up
PM
body shop cammomile make up remover
simple cleanser (removed with muslin)
simple toner
superdrug natural radiance night cream
body shop aloe sensitive eye cream
spot gel if needed
Don't use anything in the day except blotting papers if my skin looks a bit greasy
Out of that lot I'm very impressed with the bs eye cream and not too fussed about the simple productsI want a perfect body, I want a perfect soul, I want you to notice when I'm not around0 -
Have recently upped my routine, am testing some Clarins samples....and I am liking them........(mature skin)
AM
Rinse with water.
Twice weekly, Apply hot cloths to my skin then exfoliate with Clarins Refiner exfoliating cream and follow up with 10 minute moisturising masque.
Everyday, Clarins eye cream, Boots P&P day cream.
Special Occasions. Used my samples of toning serum after cleansing, and Clarins refining primer before make-up. Like them both, but not the price much. Hmm!
Using facial tanner immediately after cleansing and before creams, about 3 x a week
PM
Remove make-up and cleanse with almond oil, and damp cotton pads
Clarins eye cream and Boots P&P night cream.
Trying to maintain the benefits of the course of AHA glyciolic peels I had recently.0
