80th gift ideas (maybe 80 little gifts?)

hiya, its my grandpas 80th birthday in October and im trying to think of what to get him. He has always been wonderful to me and he dedicates his life 24/7 to looking after my nan (who has end stage MS). I really want to give him something special to try andm ake the day about him and say thank you. For my grandparents 50th anaversary i did them a scrapbook with my happy memories of them over the years and for christmas I gave them a callender with photos from happier times. So now im stuck! He has a great sense of humour, has very little time for himself so anything that will take time like puzzles aren't suitable, and his nickname is "grumpy" although ive brought him a lot of grumpy the dwarf gifts over the years. Does anyone have any ideas please? This is what ive come up with so far

Slippers? Socks? Pajamas? If he hasn't had any pants for 10 years he might need some of those too!

I couldn't think of 10 presents for an older person as they already 'have everything I need'.
