Do you get an annual statement from your dca ?

You can request a statement from a Debt Management Company at any time. They should be able to supply this without a problem. They generally supply creditors with one every month when they make payments.
Just give them a call and ask for one.

I organise my own DMP and where I havent received an annual update, I just write and ask for one (I dont speak to any of them ever on the phone).
Its worth checking carefully, one of my debt collecting agencies wasnt assigning all my payments to my account!!!:mad: Now sorted though....Light Bulb Moment - 11th Nov 2004 - Debt Free Day - 25th Mar 2011 :j0
