For me it wasn't the legs (all that running obviously had paid off), it was the strenght training that killed me. My arms were like jelly the following day - I found out how heavy my hand held calculator at work really was
In that case, I'm not doing it til my shoulder is in better nick. Made it out for a run today so that will do meI know but if I can find someone that can look after them better than I can then there is one job less for me and more importantly one thing less to feel guilty about.
That I can understand. It's tough but I get it, sorry babe Take care of youself
And thet dessert looks lush! Are you going to serve it next to a jewellery box?@ LBM = £15,872.65, now £10,819.82AF Jan = 7/? Feb = 5/14 Mar = 14/20 Apr = 6/14 May = 2/14 June 2/14 July 0/TF Aug 1/TFv Sept 6/TF Oct 4/7"NEVER DOUBT YOUR OWN QUALITY"0 -

Hi all
19 AFDs for me, please, DB - and thank so much for scoring for August.
Target of 24 for September, please, Shaggy. Thanks for scoring.
I've given my month's notice in at work - it's a temporary position covering maternity, they asked me to extend it and stay until January, but I just don't know what would happen then. I'd love to stay in a permanent position there, but I feel as though I need to be able to plan. So back freelancing until anything else permanent turns up (if it ever does!!). I feel strangely empowered though, because now they know I'm not desperate to keep the job, although I've been working very, very hard at it for the past 12 months - but why bother if there's no prospect of anything permanent?
Hope Jo's boss stopped being so annoying eventually!!!
Bi for now
