If we were going to be proper MSE and NSD about it, we should make our own Snowballs! Now, where's the secret Snowball formula when you need it?
(sounds of banging, crashing, rustling and explosions in the darkest recesses of the Tardis...)
Curses! There was obviously a cunning plot on the part of Hubert and the aliens to rid the world of the secret of Snowballs forever......Back to the drawing board, Igor!
Is it brandy, egg yolks, sugar, cream whisked together and topped up with a shot of lemonade? Try that, everybody, and let's see what happens.....One life - your life - live it!0 -

Just like my other regular drink of the 70's/early 80's - Sherry & Pineapple - got some very funny looks off barmaids for that one - some of them even refused to put them in the same glass - they used to give them to me separately and I had to mix them myself - don't know why?????????  :whistle:Mr 3Dogs 3-7-12

Nargle
some basic arithmetic, by the time we bought all that, and a blender to mix it, we may end up with custard (are you getting your recipes mixed up?) but most definitely the most expensive snowball in the world, could we not just nip down to Mr T, or better still have a rummage in Jinty's drawers, bound to be a bottle up the back?More than Two Years in

Or we could use the custard to make a sherry trifle... isn't that a must for a retro feast???February NSD challenge 5/150

Ah-hah! The secret ingredient - a little soupcon of advocaat........there! Now try that!
Igor you fool! I said ADVOCAAT not AVOCADO! Curses!
(slinks back to the lab in the corner of Jinty's shed to brew up another batch to the sounds of The Monster Mash ("I was working in the lab, late one night.....we did the Mash! The Monster Mash!")
Any more of these alcofrolics and someone will start singing hymns......Awaaaayyyyyy on a hillllll, stood an ollllld rugged crrrrooooosssss.......One life - your life - live it!0
