You can't reclaim money due to it been unenforceable. Reclaiming money is a different matter.

There is reclaiming credit card charges over £12 - http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/reclaim/credit-card-charges

    And reclaiming mis-sold PPI - http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/reclaim/ppi-loan-insurance

I strongly urge you to read this first if you want to look at unenforceablity - Why should someone use CCA - http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showpost.html?p=33792503&postcount=47
Using CCA is a last resort. Failure to pay credit card debts WILL affect your credit file.

The only thing CCA is about is checking if a creditor (The bank) can get a CCJ against you for the debt. If they cannot, then they cannot "enforce" payment via use of the courts, i.e. Bailiffs.
However money is still owed, it is not written off.
Read this warning from the OFT about write off firms, CCA and enforceability is all the same thing - http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/news/loans/2010/01/oft-warning-over-debt-write-off-claims

If you want to pursue the CCA route, then read this - https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/2532927

Flow charts of the process are hear in post #2 onwards - https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/2305463
Although no trees were harmed during the creation of this post, a large number of electrons were greatly inconvenienced.

There are two ways of constructing a software design: One way is to make it so simple that there are obviously no deficiencies, and the other way is to make it so complicated that there are no obvious deficiencies

there is also lots of advice on the pay-what-you-owe-back section, you'll probably not look for it but the gist is pay back what you owe.

If you post up an SOA, there are many here that could help you cut down on expenditure, to free up some money to enable you to pay back your creditors.
