He might of been, actually it is probably because I use a bit less than recommended in the machine..................................my pouring hand is frugal ;D
But it is a great machine, I've had shampooers before and they just seem to skim the top,but this IMO cleans deep ;D

My advice would be to not be lazy when it comes to hoovering and to not attempt spot removal with commercial products. Only use natural cleaners and call professionals for more serious stains such as wine and so on0
