    ;) He might of been, actually it is probably because I use a bit less than recommended in the machine..................................my pouring hand is frugal ;D

    But it is a great machine, I've had shampooers before and they just seem to skim the top,but this IMO cleans deep ;D

    Do you think I should become a salesperson for hoover ;D ;D

    Definitely! ;D I am almost convinced about buying one now - despite it being a bit more than I wanted to spend. Will have to look on some of the price comparison sites. Anyone find it any cheaper, please let me know...

    My advice would be to not be lazy when it comes to hoovering and to not attempt spot removal with commercial products. Only use natural cleaners and call professionals for more serious stains such as wine and so on
