...because I don't want to be an unpaid beta tester for Microsoft. Better to wait a couple of years until all the bugs are ironed out

Microsoft Vista is free at the moment....

Ok, so it's only free for 6 months (it expires after that) & it might be a bit buggy, but those who have downloaded/installed seem very impressed (esp with this latest build)

you cant have any operating system installed. eg. windows 2000, 98 etc
