Places in London where they have dogs... help

I was in Denver a while back and there was a place in the mall that has the oppurtunity for someone to sit in a pen
and just play with small dogs/puppies

is there a similar place in london anywhere that you can think of? please help

Battersea dogs home has lots of dogs... I dont quite understand what you are asking though - why you would want to bung a load of pups in a pen for random people to play with is beyond me - what is the purpose of it?

Many pet rescue centres do like people to come in and excercise their animals. Bigger dogs like a walk, smaller ones probably just like a game.

This is the best known one in London.
