I married my highschool sweetheart a week ago on the 24th July 2010, after 7 years together and a 4 year engagement. Everything went perfectly; it didn't even rain!! (There were small hiccups like the fact that none of our poundland corkscrews worked and we forgot to lay out the side plates and salt and pepper when we were setting up the night before--but we were so deliriously happy on the day that we didn't care, and everything sorted itself out anyway). We had a pretty small budget and only gave ourselves 3 months to plan and honestly, up until about 2 minutes before I walked up the aisle, I was sure it would be a disaster! But it all fell into place beautifully.

I've always been more of a lurker than a poster on here, but this forum has helped me more than you know and I couldn't have done it without you guys.

We're still waiting for our pro pics (we managed to bag ourselves a free photographer who was wanting to move into the wedding photography field from portrait photography) but I've added a small selection of photos taken by guests here:

Thanks again for everything; you're all fab! We asked for cash towards a honeymoon instead of presents and should be off to Egypt in a few days for a fortnight of sunshine and snorkelling thanks to our generous guests! Can't wait!! xx
