I have noticed that a lot of us are aiming to be DF by 2009, I thought it would be nice for us to support each other in a similar way to the £18k challenge etc. Or maybe provide some competition.

    Its a nice thought but my 12k will take nearer 4 years to pay off im not gonna bust my guts trying to pay off by 2009 or else too many other things will suffer.
    I like the look of that M&S card 3.9% LOB though if i can get one of those that might help bring things forward a little.

    I'd like to join this please, my DFD is 2009. At the end of 2009 - maybe I can aim to move that DFD to January 2009?

    I think that's a bit too ambitious for me :( If someone wants to set up a "debt free at some point during 2010" though I'd probably join :rotfl:

    Haha - Can I join too! My snowball calculations seem to change between Feb 2010 and Nov 2010. Not sure why :confused:

    Donedoingdebt Lightbulb moment January 2000. Debt at highest approx £102,000. Debt now (October 2009 - absolutely fork all!!!):beer:
