Hi
Just a quick question has any one ever had any troble with them?
I won on july 7th and had a dispatch email the same day - nothing has arrived, address checked and correct and have been emailing them since the 24th and seem to be getting fobbed off.
They have told me it is now out of stock and it was sent with out tracking. They told me on the 24th they were filling in a lost parcel form and I have emailed twice since and heard nothing back?
*sept 5th - never arrived and no responce to email - never mind :-(*

No probs here.... won twice so far with this comp ...my win 2 months ago, latest win was hubby earlier this week and got emails day after wins, followed by despatch emails and books delivered 2 days later.0

Book came very fast but was trashed - shame as I wanted it for a stocking pressie.
Was in very flimsy paper envelope - do not think I would order a book from them but always nice to get a freebie
