Help needed Choosing a new computer!(correct forum???)

Hi,
Time to get a new computer i think, this ones getting real slowwwwww....
Anyway, basically open for suggestions, should preferably have a TFT monitor. Want to spend approx £500
Found the following two offers, seem to be cheap for what they are:
