i just have to tell you all

mail arrived today with it a letter from norwich union offering me £2,352 in settlement for my complaint about my endowment policy ..i had decided to claim again after my last attempt went sour..this time it was alot easier and now i have been offered this money yippeee...so i'm gonna pay off my overdraft and pay off my b and q card pay some extra to the people we borrowed money off of ( who have told us we can take our time ...but i want it cleared soon) and put the £352 into our holiday ...my debt will be SUB 14K that feels so good to me right now ..i am happy ...just wanted to share

  • Thats fantastic news, we have tried a couple of times but they would not take it on as ours was sold by a small independant advisor, did you have a firm claiming for you? if so which one as I may try them.]

    thanks everone ..chelly when i tried the first time (pre d.f.w day's) i did it through a firm but it was more hassel than it was worth they kept asking me do i have this info do i have that info ...so i finally gave up with them ....when i tried it on my own it was so much easier ..sorry i know that is of no help to you at all ..try asking the guys and gals in the endowment forum that's where i got the advice and some of the support (mainly from here though the support is amazing)to go through it all again ..there is quite a few i.f.a's in there that should help you ..hope you get it fixed
