CCA received from Link

now it is not my CCA and I am going to send the letter but there covering letter states this fufils their obligations under sectio 77 or 78 of the consumer credit act 2006. This is the first I have seen this year being used.

Can anyone shed any light on this?

Thanks in advance.

Have they sent you out someone else's agreement? If so, report them to the Office of Fair Trading (Consumer Credit Licence Fitness section), the Information Commissioners Office AND Consumer Direct.

Sending you someone elses CCA is not unheard of, some guy took barclays to court after receiving 2 different CCAs, neither which was his.
Sending the CCA to the wrong person is in breach of data protection.
