Is the website cheap smells safe please?

My partner has spotted some perfume she likes on a website called " Cheap Smells ". I have not heard of this site so just wondered if it is safe and reliable and whether there should be any problems using PAYPAL as it states you can pay this way.

yes they are great,really quick delivery and they have stuff you cant get anywere else,like my perfume:D.mine was next day delivery ,well packaged etc.

yes ive used them there ok but watch out picture is not always of item you will recieve i ordered a 50ml bottle of paris pic shows small fat bottle that stands up got a long thin bottle that doesnt i emailed them and they say pic was for illistration purpose only so double check this before buying otherwise they are cheaper than most retailers and i would buy from them again.
