some advice please re defualted loan

I have a loan with Halifax which after some financial problems I defualted on and I am now dealing with NCO europe. They have offered setttlement fees a few times but I have never been in a position to pay these, I will probably be in a position to do so in around 6 months and I am basically wondering 2 things, what sort of settlement will they take the full amount is(or will be by then)4,900. Second question will this be a full and final settlement.

PS who would I go about rebuilding my credit score as I am a straw man.

    hi

    We cannot answer this.

You have to wait until they make an offer, and then insist it is full and final.
If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing
