Getting rid of debt just to inherit my husbands...

Oh I find that funny. So wrong but I'm back at square one :j

I cleared my debt (see signature) and then found the man of my dreams. I knew he came with debt but I find it kind of funny. I moved from the UK to be with him in the USA but as soon as we have started tackling his debt I couldn't help but go back to my roots and think about all you guys that helped me so much the first time round..

So now its
£10628.86 down
$16,000 to go...

:rotfl:
Debts: Gym £[strike]465.75[/strike] Student account [strike]£1039.88[/strike] Overdraft [strike]£129.00[/strike] Credit Card [strike]£2772.22[/strike] Loan [strike]£6222.01 [/strike]
Total £10628.86
All paid off! 10/03/2009 :j

    Hi Ovetta2001,

The best thing to do would be to post your statement of affairs for advice/tips on how to save money you can then pay off your husbands debt.
If you've nothing decent to say, perhaps you shouldn't say anything.

    £2 savings jar £300:D
Total credit card debts £1250:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad: - Will I ever learn!!

    Ovetta2001,

Congratulations! (on the whole manofyourdreams and movingtoamerica things, not the new debt!).

You've done it once, so you sure as heck can do it again. Could you perhaps post some of the things you learned and did the first time around? They may well help other people who are struggling.
