I'm a newbie!!

Hi,

I'm getting married in September, only 7 weeks to go now, and as we started planning so long ago, we (lazily) left a lot of saving until last minute. Whilst we've hit our target and achieved everything we wanted for the wedding and honeymoon, at the minute we're now down to bare bones of pennies and cards.
So! When we get back from honeymoon, all focus will be on getting everything paid off, we will be able to do it (we're both quite well paid and have planned it all, and have managed all the debts to 0% cards so not getting any charges) but thought it would be good to get it all off my chest on here!!

So here's our debt...

My overdraft (max) -£1500
OH overdraft -£500
Halifax Credit Card -£1991.35 (0% for life of balance)
Natwest Credit Card - £496.14 at 0%
Tesco Credit Card (will be balance transferring to Natwest shortly) -£1950 (ish!)
Also OHs old student overdraft is at £1000 but is £500 interest free so that will be the first thing we pay off to keep it that way.

Thnk that's everything!!

Looking forward to the day it's all gone

Enjoy your wedding, what are you doing for your wedding list? If you are asking for money could you use this for a new DF married life?

    Thanks SpursFan!

Lottebear we are asking for a contribution to our honeymoon (i.e. cash) so hopefull we might get a little (not sounding greedy I hope as that's not why we're getting married...obviously, considering the cost lol!) so yes we would put that to good debt free use, or depending on what we need to pay for before the honeymoon it might be needed there, eitehr way it will greatly help! Much as I can't wait for the wedding, i'm soooooo looking forward to payday for the next 6 months!!
