  • it's worth remembering with dyson you can use their "as good as new" service with older products, so if you can get hold of a cheap one that barely works you can pay them £69 and an engineer will come to your house to service it and replace all the faulty parts with brand new ones (i can't link but it's on their website)

my cousins broke and he got a new one before he knew about it so i took the old one instead of the dump and got an as new model for £69 :j

Hi I rang tesco direct during the week about the 1400w and they said they only put details dyson give them so must be correct. So I rang dyson who confirmed it was only 650w but its advantage was it being smaller and easier to carry than the other models. I also rang today to find out about the giftcard apparently they will be getting posted out in Sept when the promo has finished and again mentioned the fact they advertised it as 1400w and have now been told this has been changed but now oos anyway.

    HI
Dyson are right, it is a smaller version of the DC25 and it is much lighter to carry,

but it isn't as powerful as the DC25, we used both at work, for the extra bit of money i'd go for the more powerful one.
  • saw this in store today
