Hello I noticed that people have been saying that things are free from Vista print but when I have looked it has been free until you get to postage and its £5.99 per item, is this just me or can you get them for completley free? Thanks

You can only get 4 'free' items in each order, that will be why some items show a charge in your basket. You just pay for p&p then.

  • and i love the idea of getting married at bonfire night! are you having a massive bonfire?! say you are! :D x

Afraid not, that's the one thing we discovered no venue would let us have. We've compramised and are having a fire pit instead.
Everythign else you would expect on bonfire night is there tho, fireworks, toffee apples, sparklers, hot chocolate etc

I've seriously abused Vistaprint free stuff! So far have got: Save the Date magnets, RSVP postcards to go in my handmade day invites, evening invites, cards for the favours and so far 2 x t-shirts one just married and 1 that says Mrs Rxxxxx for the day after the wedding :T

Me too, I got save the date magnet, brochures with info about the place we are getting married, pens (for fun), address labels, business cards to use as place cards, notebook for our plans to keep which matches the theme, will get thank you cards after the wedding, have already got notepads (again, for fun really and jotting down bits), name stamp, notecards to match to be sent to certain people with save the date magnet and loads more. If I wasnt making my invited myself, I would order them there as well!

Thank you, so if I got 4 items how many do you get per item, ie how many invitations can you order? How much postage do you have to pay?
:jHas saved so much money since joining this forum, thanks to all you kind people out there :j

I think you can only order 10 at a time for invites see here http://www.vistaprint.co.uk/gallery.aspx?pg=39&preid=57&xnav=TsrHeading so you could order 10, submit the order, pay p&p (which is coming up on checkout of £2.36) and then keep doing individual orders again and again until you have the amount you want. Postage varies though depending on what option you choose-slow is the cheapest and they say it takes 3 weeks, but I have gotten all my stuff in less than 2 so far. It will take time, to do it individually or you can pay more to get the amount you want, if that makes sense.

Postage varies per item as well...

Loch Leven Tablet Company - The best Tablet I have tasted.....

Did you see our tablet in OK Magazine this month. We were delighted that Jenni Falconer chose Highland Favours to produce the tablet and favours for her Scottish/English - Thistle and Rose themed wedding. The tablet went down a treat with all her guests!
  • We are getting married on 4th Sept and are having a cocktail theme, so we are having cocktail drink mix wedding favours for the ladies and cocktail bottle stopper favours for the men. The kids are having lemonade mix favours like the ladies ones - they are so cute! Our colour scheme is a mix of bright colours so hoping these will look great on the tables :)

It's a long way off yet, but I think we're going to have cupcakes, along with cupcake pin badges from Cancer Research. That's if we manage to set a date & get them ordered before they stop selling the cupcake versions! We haven't decided yet whether the cupcakes will be in individual boxes or on cake stands that form part of the table decorations.

We are having little red organza bags with a small pack of LoveHearts and 2 Chocolate Euros - we wanted pounds but they worked out a lot more expensive - people know my OH is a tight xxx so they will find it funny!
