Work clothes / shoes

Okay I'm long overdue some new work clothes and shoes. I'm 21, I like cheap things am size 12 on top 14 on bottom. Clothes can't be garish colours, I have to wear long sleaves for for work (short sleaves if i can put a cardie over it ) and dresses/skirts can't be above the knee (i work in a courtroom)

Also need some new shoes, heels can't be too big as I'm rubbish in them!

I hate the place, but it is cheap - Primark?
Try your local charity shops and car boot sales?
I've got 3 v neck jumpers from charity shops (2x Next and 1 Topman) for £2 each from a charity shop.
Also got a brand new George Suit for £4 from a boot sale.
Or you could even try eBay, you never know.

Schuh have an online sale on just now (up to 70% off) and Monsoon have a 70% off sale on now - I picked up a couple of dresses and tops for between £20-£25 pounds yesterday.

thank you both Primark is rubbish for work clothes- every time i buy pants from there they fall apart!!!!

I've woken up and just realised Sainsbury's were doing half price shirts/ties/trousers the other day, not sure if the offer is still on.
I also found Tesco's F&F range to be pretty good - shirts are rubbish but the trousers last forever.
