Hi I was wondering if anyone could give me some advice.
We are looking to buy a new mattress, unfortunately over the last year I have injured by knee and shoulder and as I'm not quite 30:j yet so I thought it best to get a comfy mattress now before I injure anything else!
I have been looking through the posts already on here and have narrowed it down to looking for pocket sprung memory foam mattresses (avoiding Reflex)
Unfortunately I cant afford the best mattresses but wondered if anyone with a bit more mattress knowledge could say whether this one was ok? Or should be totally avoided? I have been searching for hours now .....
hmm seems I can post links but the mattress is called Flexcell 1000 memory foam pocket sprung and it is £339 for a king size.
This is what the website says:
combination of memory foam and pocket springs
50mm top layer of 55kg m/3 memory foam
1000 pocket springs
Thank you so much

The pocket springs are the cheaper and far less supportive reflex foam encapsulated pocket springs.
The memory foam is the right depth, but at 55kg per m3 the density is too low to give good support.
As for Flexcell that are made by Breasley, they get very mixed reviews.0 -
Thank you so much for your help! I shall continue looking then0

has anyone tried the La Romantica brand? they are a bit more expensive but seem to tick all the boxes. In particular I saw the "Madrid" mattress which has 1000 full size pocket springs, 2" of V60 memory foam on each side. For a king it is £454 so far but I will continue looking for a better deal.
Or La Romantica Lovell Mattress - £394 for king size, 1000 full size pocket springs, 2" of V60 memory foam on one size0 -
We had ours from mattressman.co.uk and connot fault them
Ours was not memory foam0
