Hopefully it won't come to that and we can get it sorted , i just don't know what to say0 -
Hi Everyone,
Just a quick update and some advice please,
I got a written warning on Monday gone (even though he hasn't asked me to sign anything yet, same goes for the 2 verbal warnings) because well to be honest i don't even know why, probably the 'I'm not working' line again. he's made my life hell since i last posted, my blood pressure has shot up and im a nervous wreck everyday, it turns out he'd like to take his daughter in laws friend on in my role. One of the near by charity shops managers came in today to tell me of a vacancy in a nearby town and my bosses partner told him I'd been approached, and all hell has let loose again, he told me i'm useless etc at my job in front of about ten customers in our shop. I don't want to walk out or get the sack as i love my job but i really can't take anymore if i got the sack would i be entitled to anything? i've been told i'd get nothing for 6 months and i have 3 children to support. I just don't know what to do?0 -
sorry forgot to add that i've not been able to get to the CAB yet as i've had no time off0

You could be sanctioned for leaving your job and not being sacked but not always, ie if you can prove that you had to leave due to the stress etc But this decision is down to some person in the JC
I hope you are writing every incident down with time and witnesses incase you want to take it further.
Have you seen a Dr?
can you go higher than this person in terms of trustees? The Googlewhacker referance is to Dave Gorman and not to my opinion of the search engine!

Hi thanks for your reply, I haven't rote anything down but i will from today thanks for that advice.
Not seen the dr yet, but my blood pressure was taken at hospital when i had my diabetes check last friday so its written down that is is higher than usual. In terms of trustees now no there are only 3 left and they are very close0 -
You could appeal against the written warning.
I suggest that you do so in writing and send it by recorded delivery.0 -
He's probably well aware of the year deadline coming up and will likely pour on the pressure in the next two weeks!
Don't do anything until your anniversry date has passed and then you can go for unfair dismissal.
If you apply for the job in the other shop it will likely take a couple of weeks at least for recruitment process so if you get it you can hand in your weeks notice, not forgetting g that he will owe you holiday pay
Document everything!!!Noli nothis permittere te terere

It will come back when you are more relaxed. What happened to that job from the other town? The Googlewhacker referance is to Dave Gorman and not to my opinion of the search engine!
