Rejected for Career Development Loan

Last year I applied for a professional and career development loan with Barclays and was offered the full £10,000. Unfortunately, even with the full loan I couldn't afford my masters and had to defer for a year. I paid back the loan in full immediately and my university reinbursed the fees.
This year, I have tried to apply again and was rejected. I didn't realise you could only apply once..
I've also applied to the Co Op but have received an ominous letter saying 'we need more information'.. (just called the bank and the PCDL office was shut).
I'm terrified that I'll be rejected again, won't get funding and will lose my MSc place.. Can anyone suggest loan/finance options for a masters student, apart from the PCDL?
Thank you!
