I've put a few bits on E-bay today so here's hoping they sell, also done a few freebies on Quidco and put the £1 coins (only 2 but its a start) from my purse into my Egg cos I have this thing about change not being like real money so I can spend it on crap:( so I've decided £1 into the Egg and other change into the jar in the kitchen which will go to the Coinstar machine at Asda at the end of the month. I know technically this is saving rather than making but its my challenge and thems the rules!!:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Ooh - didn't realise a new thread was up and running - kind of hadn't realised it was August already!

We're away for a few days twice, which will cut down opportunities - so I'm going to go for £5/ day. Ideally I'd like to make £200, if possible.

40+ items on ebay at the mo - I'll be happy to sell 10-15 of them (some are just constant relists of some old business stock items in the hope that one day they will shift!) Not expecting masses from there, as most of my start prices are less than £2, but it'll be something - and I'll list some more items this week - DH is away for work, so I can faff about on the laptop when the kids are in bed until late without him moaning!! ;)

Quidco payout this month was pitiful for me - but I should have good ones in Sept & Oct. Not sure where else I'm going to get some money from, but we'll see!! :D

    Good luck everyone!

Sign me up Sweetie!!! Thanks for setting up this month's thread and to PurpleRoses for last months

Think I'll settle for the normal £10 a Day this month now we've had the holiday, though any more would be nice as this time it is for money to pay off our debts

I'll update my signature right now and tomorrow I'll get listing again on eBay

Good luck to everyone taking part in this month's challenge

I know what you mean.... I've done 2 recently when I was trying to get some money together for our wedding and they were the first I'd done in about 10 years. The night before I did the first one I couldn't sleep I was so worried about those early morning traders that try and get in your car before you've even got out haha x it really wasn't that bad at all x

lol me too, I didn't sleep well at all last night dreaming of car boot sales. It was fine though lol

Hi, can I join in this challenge? I'm hoping to aim for £10 a day :j.

I've kind of kicked of already.

eBay sale (after PP and fee's) - £127

If only I had a sale like that everyday :rotfl:

    Very pleased tonight :j
£60.05 sales from Ebay, and slightly less clutter! =]
That's before P&P charges too, but before Ebay fees.
Will work out the total extra I'll end up with after that, should hopefully be a little bit extra!
Can't believe someone in America even paid an extra £11.50 to have a little Terrier Dog ornament, that she won for £1.99 posted to her! I hadn't offered international postage as an option at first because I didn't think it was worth bothering, but she sent me a message saying how much she wanted it!
I won it on a tombola years ago and it had been gathering dust on the windowsill at my mums house from when I lived there!! :rotfl:

If only every day in the month could be as profitable!
