Haven't actually posted very much (maybe not even at all) this month but have been doing the challenge nonetheless!
Emergency shift at work £50
Lightspeed Voucher £5
Asda Giftcard for questioning a price £2
Mystery Shopping £103.49 (might squeak another payment in before the end of the month)
Total so Far = £160.49
Seeing as I was aiming for £5 a day I think that's pretty good
xxJust started cashback-ing - makes me feel less guilty when I impulse buy!0 -

sorry hun, not ignoring you. It has been an eventful holiday! Wanted to potty train DS, but think will leave that for now. Sunday went to hospital and he has fractured his fibula, arm in half cast until 2 weeks time.
Thought oh no, that is all holiday plans out of window.... nope DS proved me wrong.
went to bunny park yesterday with two little friends... the park is being refurbished....lol. Can only happen to me! Well they still had a good time playing in the playground, so it was worth the 3 buses, pouring rain and the driver telling off one of the little DS' for opening the emergency door at the back of the bus when I wasn't looking!
We went to the park with friends last week, 3 and a half hours in the park! That is the most I have ever done with DS! Had picnic lunches both days, so that was nice and money saving.
Went to Science Museum last week and visited Trafalgar Square. Ok cost me £7.50 on travelcard but DS loved it at the Science Museum, didn't want to leave and loved all the buses at Trafalgar Square.
Doing well with the not spending too much money to have a good time...Just trying to think of things that don't involve him using his arm too much, not that you would notice! He is just getting on and doing what he wants! Including going on the slides, swings, bouncy toys, and trying (mummy soon stopped that one!) to climb the climbing frame one handed!
I have been behind him all the way on everything, the swing was the one with the cradle, so no chance of him falling off!
Thought we were going to be stuck in house for next 2 weeks doing painting, baking and putty making. But he insists on going out, even if it is to just ride the buses!
Thank you everyone for your well wishes for DS. It terrified me when I was told he would have to have a cast. I should have known it wouldn't phase DS!0 -
Glad DS is getting on well Aureol!

Everyone is doing so well. I can't beleive I could do so well again.
My news today - sold a second book on Amazon and posted them. So I can say I earned £6.15 for one and £4.22 for the other. :j Great.
Took a main course for lunch and only bought the salad so saved £2.50.
Finished painting the house at the weekend and instead of putting the unused paint in the shed - took it back to B & Q this evening - £23.99.
Grand total of £36.86 saved today.
Add that to the total total and its £865.69 :T. So I'll change my signature. WOW.
Without the gold sale it would'nt be any where near that amount. But I think I'm hooked on the challenge.
Good luck for the last few days everyone.0 -
Posted two small ebay sales. Will add the money when I transfer it out of paypal. Also put my greenmet account on long term holiday settings, no point trying to sell books while I live 200 miles away from them, will have to collect the boxes next time I go home.
Currently packing a bag to go over to Essex for a couple of days before I start working, am hoping to pick up a couple of mystery shops while I'm there to go with the ones I have for next week back here. Feel rather like this whole month has been a bust as I don't seem to have done much earning for next month either but never mind at least I should be working from monday. It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.
