My situation - Quick advice needed :)
Hi all, hope you are well. I currently have a Halifax C/C which has roughly around £600 left on it. However, I've just been accepted for a santander zero card and can do a 0% balance transfer at 0% for 6 months along with the other benefits. My plan is to transfer over the BT to the santander and pay it off within the 6 months.
My question is...for my credit record/history, is it better that I close the Halifax card and just have 1 C/C with a very low level of debt or to have two C/C's left open, one active and one hardly used but both with a low level of debt?
Thanks in advance

Sorry, just realised this isn't in the C/C section. Can this be moved? Thanks
