Some PAYG tariffs have unlimited texts.Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.0

Sorry but saying you "need" to send 1000 texts per month and loads of photos is just denying the state your finances are in. I would suggest that a few years ago everyone survived without doing either.0

clearly if i am to just forget about my orange contract and "write it off as yet another debt" as some idiot suggested, then i would never again get another phone contract....let alone a contract with 02, possibly one of the most difficult and expensive contracts you can get...
1) I do not want to get yet another debt. I have written it into my budget as that is how much i am spending.
2) my question here was about my legal rights with the council when they were rejecting a perfectly reasonable offer of payment. This issue was resolved weeks ago, so why the hell people feel the need to go on about my bloody budget i dont know.
3) I send 1000 texts a month, get over the fact. I cannot cut down on this, i already cut down from sending around 3000 a month, yes itsd a lot, im a young girl living pretty much on her own. Im sure you'd be complaining if i said i was spending £40 a month on telephone calls or £50 a month on an internet connection just to email people.
4) I didnt ask for help with my budget, and to be perfectly honest, i dont see why people feel the need to go on about how much i spend on various things. I dont go out and spend £100 a month on my hair or clothes like alot of women. I dont go out for fancy meals or off drinking every night. I live off handmedowns like my cot and pram for the baby- i dont splurge money on things I dont need. My food bill is low, we dont smoke or drink. Ok I may spend £90 a month on phone contracts but this is for 4 contracts, 2 mobiles, an internet and another phone which is no longer used but is still under contract and so still has to be paid until october, this is only a small contract- but i cant not pay it wihtout getting inot more and more debt.0
